Welcome

Welcome to my corner of the web. My primary motivation for creating this site was to share my latest project, the Religious Lines Sculpture. I am hoping to open up a dialogue with the web community to help us learn more about how the growing divide between two major religions, Islam & Christianity, is creating creating an increasingly dangerous & xenophobic world.

My secondary motivation was to create a space from where I could share stories and photos with my relatives and friends back home.

Finally, this site has allowed me to learn some things of which I have always wanted: HTML, XHTML, CSS, and Flash. I am proud to say that this site does not contain a single table and CSS has been used extensively to create the layout and menu systems for this site. My goal with this approach is to have the site render the same way within the three major browsers available: Microsoft IE, Mozilla's Firefox, & Opera.
