Picasso Deconstructed

I have always been facinated by the cubist's art movement, especially work from Picasso. I sketched out his "Dog and Cock" painting from a black & white photograph, scanned it into my computer, and then deconstructed and colorized some of the elements. The plan is to print them out and display them in an interesting way.

Preliminary Results

Here are some first drafts. The images are going to be mounted on blocks of wood so that they sit out from the wall about 10 cm.

Sensible Citation

When we discovered Cubism, we did not have the aim of discovering Cubism. We only wanted to express what was in us.
